1. Return Window

Buyers may return products within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

• Item must be unused, in original condition with packaging
• Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personal care items, jewelry, and cosmetic products) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

• Refund initiated after the returned item passes quality check
• Refunds processed within 7 business days to original payment method

4. Return Shipping

• Prepaid return shipping label will be provided in eligible cases
• Buyer may bear return shipping in cases of buyer remorse

5. Damaged/Defective Items

• Report within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video)
• Full refund or replacement will be provided
